Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday for the Gulf, Monday to Friday elsewhere). You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

• Kuwait and GCC: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom and Europe: 6–12 business days
• United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–18 business days

These are estimates. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any promotional free shipping threshold is shown on the cart page.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or local taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimates above, or arrives damaged, contact hello@auryabeauty.com with your order number and photos and we will resolve it with the carrier.
