Refund & Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The device must be unused or lightly tested, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Email hello@auryabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving our confirmation.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered — in that case we cover it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we approve the refund and issue it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.

Devices are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Contact us with a short video or photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Damage caused by misuse, drops or liquid ingress is not covered.

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
